Reorder Requests

PubCounter helps you manage publication reorder requests from initial submission through delivery.

  1. Navigate to Reorders

    From the main navigation, go to the Reorders section.

  2. Click “New Request”

    Start a new reorder request.

  3. Select publications

    Choose the publications you need to reorder. You can select multiple items for a single request.

  4. Enter quantities

    For each publication, enter the quantity you need.

  5. Add notes (optional)

    Include any relevant notes, such as urgency or special instructions.

  6. Submit request

    Click “Submit” to create the reorder request.

Reorder requests follow this workflow:

Pending → Approved → Ordered → Received

From the Reorders page, you can:

  • View all requests - See your current and past requests
  • Filter by status - Show only pending, approved, or completed
  • View details - Click a request to see full details and history

You can modify quantities on pending or approved requests:

  1. Open the request details
  2. Click “Edit Quantity” on the publication
  3. Enter the new quantity
  4. Save changes

To cancel a pending or approved request:

  1. Open the request details
  2. Click “Cancel Request”
  3. Confirm the cancellation

If your Kingdom Hall has Discord notifications enabled, you’ll receive updates when:

  • Your request is approved or rejected
  • The order is placed
  • Publications are received
  • Don’t wait until empty - Reorder when stock gets low
  • Consider delivery time - Branch orders may take time
  • Plan for special campaigns - Anticipate increased demand
  • Check recent usage - Review how many were distributed recently
  • Consider seasonality - Memorial, conventions, etc.
  • Avoid overordering - Storage space is limited

The Reorders page shows:

  • Active requests - Current open requests
  • Completed requests - Past orders marked as received
  • Rejected requests - Requests that weren’t approved

Use the date filters to find older requests.

  • Refresh the page
  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure you have permission to create reorders
  • Only pending and approved requests can be modified
  • Ordered and received requests are locked
  • Contact your admin if changes are needed
  • Check the rejection reason in the request details
  • Discuss with your admin if you believe it should be approved
  • Submit a new request with corrections if needed
